Refund policy
Incomplete or Non-Compliant Delivery (due to the carrier)
The parcel may be damaged or its contents partially or completely stolen.
If you notice such an issue, please indicate it on the carrier's delivery note and refuse the product by returning it to us along with form 170, known as a "damage or theft report" ("constat de spoliation").
If you discover the issue after the carrier has left, please inform us by email at info@bhc-sarl.fr or by phone within a maximum of 72 working hours following receipt of your order.
In accordance with Article 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, you must also send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (LRAR) with your justified complaint to the carrier within 3 days (excluding public holidays).

Despite the care taken in preparing orders, it is possible that an item may be missing or a mistake may occur.

Lost Parcel
If a parcel is lost by one of our delivery service providers, please inform us as soon as possible.
We will conduct an investigation with the relevant delivery service.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L121-16 and L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has seven (7) clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from the date of receipt of the order.
To help process your return, you may contact the company by email to obtain a return number before sending the item back. This is optional and does not affect your right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are fully at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned complete and in a condition suitable for resale.
We recommend returning the items in their original packaging, using a shipping method that offers similar guarantees to the original shipment.
Please note that customised products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
