The content published on BHC’s websites is created with the utmost care.
No illegal or defamatory material is published. Additionally, the site contains no content that could be considered misleading advertising as per Articles 121-1 and following of the French Consumer Code.

In accordance with CNIL recommendation 2005-284, this website has not been individually declared. However, all current or future data processing activities related to this site have been or will be declared to the CNIL.
These processing activities comply with the NS48 standard of 07/06/2005 as issued by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). Full details are available in our "Data Protection" section.
In accordance with Articles 38 and 40 of Law 2004-801 of 06/08/2004, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

How to exercise your right of access:
Before sending any personal data, we may ask for proof of identity. If identity cannot be verified, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
In accordance with Decree 2007-451 of 25/03/2007, your request will be processed within 2 months, subject to it not being abusive. A fee corresponding to the cost of reproducing the documents may apply.
The conditions for exercising the right to rectify or delete your data are the same.

Delivery

Delivery Time

The company ensures that deliveries are made according to the terms guaranteed by the carriers (except in cases of force majeure) and those indicated on www.chiapaneco.eu or during the ordering process.
In the event of a delivery delay, please contact customer service or send an email to info@bhc-sarl.fr.
If the delay exceeds 7 days beyond the planned delivery date, you may cancel the order as outlined in the “Right of Cancellation” section.

Colissimo:
Once handled by La Poste, delivery to your home occurs within 48 hours (business days, for mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco), subject to cut-off times.
In case of absence or failed delivery, your postal carrier will leave a delivery notice with the address of the nearest post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation of ID.

IMPORTANT:
From the date on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to retrieve your parcel. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the sender.
